1. Topshop Brighten in Moonlight & 2. Mac Prep+Prime Highlighter
I’m a huge fan of Mac’s prep + prime highlighter, it just adds an extra layer to my concealer ensuring no eye bags were visable, whilst brightening up my whole eye area and creating a refreshed glow. I always struggle with dark circles under my eyes so any heavy duty concealer or light reflecting product instantly becomes my best friend. After running out of this beloved Mac highlighter, I’m intrigued to see if this ‘Brighten' highlighter from Topshop will live up to my high expectations and be a great (less than) half-of-the-price dupe. It’s got really great reviews on the Topshop website so I am really excited to try this out- once I get my hands on it I’ll be sure to do a post to let you all know my thoughts! If not, a Mac splurge will be necessary... I need the under eye glow back in my life!
3. Clinique Moisture Surge, Extended thirst relief
I’ve seen countless reviews raving about this intriguing lightweight gel like formula. It’s designed to work for all skin types and provide a 24 hour moisture boost without a heavy, greasy feeling/finish in sight. I’ve heard it’s also a must-have product to balance out combination skin, so that’s me sold.
4. Coconut Hand Cleanse Gel
I literally cannot go out without a bottle of this on me. It’s my number on handbag necessity, especially whilst travelling around on tubes and trains and it just smells so delicious.
5. Mac Mineralize Skinfinish
This is another Mac product of mine that has recently run out (why does it always run out at once?!). I’ve really noticed the difference since this hit pan and I’ve been using other various powders, none of them even come close to achieving the same/similar results! It just makes my makeup look so glowy, radiant and dare I say it, flawless, yet keeps the shine on my t-zone at bay. I really do love it and I’ll be repurchasing it again asap.
6. & Other Stories ‘Organza Coral’ blush
I only stumbled across & Other Stories on Regent Street a few weeks ago, but it’s quickly become a favourite store of mine. It is just so beautiful and gives you that ‘feel good’ shopping experience. The cosmetics and beauty area is made up of their own brand products and other cute concessions such as ‘the balm’ and ‘eyeko’. This organza coral blush is at the top of my list from there as I just think it’ll be perfect for a healthy Summer glow.
7. Kiehls Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado
My number one face hang-up is my under eye circles and dehydrated under eyes. I can probably name 10-15 eye creams I’ve tried but just haven’t worked for me, so finally I’ve made the plunge and have splurged out on this cult Kielhs product with big promises. After reading countless reviews I’ve got such high expectations of this and am convinced this will be the product to relieve my dark circles and prevent my concealer from sinking into lines caused by dehydration. Since creating this post, I actually purchased this yesterday, so I’ll be sure to do a full review once I’ve used it for a few weeks!
8. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette
“Each of the high-tech, soft-focue finishing powders recreates an exquisitely flattering light source. The powders can be applied individually or layered to imbue skin with a multidimensional glow” (hourglass cosmetics description). I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to let myself splurge on this ridiculous price tag, but I can’t help but want it so much.. how incredible does it sound and look?!
There we have it, my top 8 beauty product wishes for the Spring/Summer ❤! Have you tried any of these? Are any of these on your wishlist’s too?
