Tie dye dress- £11.00 (was £28.00) Asos Daisy chain necklace- £12.00 Topshop (last season) Belt- £8.00 Topshop (old) Leather sandals- £65.00 (now £39.99) Schuh
I definitely couldn’t resist this absolute bargain dress whilst browsing through Asos a couple of weeks ago! The amazingly cheap price got me all flustered resulting in ordering it in all three colours... just to make sure that I hadn’t missed out! Although looking so beautiful online, the purple was such a disappointing dull shade in person, as apposed to the pinky bright hue that it looked as though it would be. In the end I decided to only keep this blue version as it’s so bright and Summery and was perfect for a friends birthday BBQ I had coming up! The grey would look amazing paired with boots, a bright statement necklace and a jacket for autumn though so I’m starting to regret sending it back and am debating re-ordering!
I enhanced the Summery feeling by accessorising with my chunky daisy chain and pulled the dress in at the waist with a thin belt to complete the look! The dress is so comfy and relaxed to wear which is a bonus and I absolutely love the cut out ‘cold shoulder’ element! I opted for my beloved leather sandals to add to the ‘care free’ and girly feel to the dress, but it would look equally as cute teamed with a pair of hi tops, or even wellies for a festival ready look!
If you’re wanting to order this dress too and are pondering over two sizes, I’d highly recommend going for the smaller of the two (the size 8 on me was too ’sack-like’)!
