Festival Girl

Fringed top- £3.99 Tk Maxx (in store) ‣ Cardigan- £35.00 Urban Outfitters (sale, last season)  Denim shorts- £22.99 Zara ‣ Leather sandals- £65.00 (now £39.99!) Schuh ‣ Neon clutch- £6.99 (last season) H&M ‣ Daisy chain- £6.00 Accessorize

Please excuse the odd posing position, it was the morning after my birthday and the few too many glasses of vodka, sangria and champagne (what a mix!) from the previous night were taking their toll to say the least! Adding that to the 29c heat, and I was not feeling or looking too pretty! I couldn’t not post this outfit though, especially as festival season is well under way (why was I not at hideout!?)! For now I’ll have to attempt to somewhat satisfy my festival cravings through this outfit post..

Firstly, the sandals. The beautiful beautiful sandals! Who needs a pair of hunters when you have these babies on your feet?! They remind me of a leather version of jelly shoes and they even have the jelly bottom with flecks of glitter in! They're just so cute and look equally good when paired with my beloved Topshop mom jeans as they do with a pair of shorts like these. The only downside is they tend to make the back of my heel red raw, which surprises me as they’re such a soft leather! I’m hoping my feet man up very soon so that these leather beauts can see the daylight more often!

I purchased the daisy chain hair accessory at the airport- no holiday outfit or festival outfit is complete without flowers in your hair! I just love how cute this one is, it actually looks as though it’s real daisies!

Of course to finish off any festival look, an arm full of bracelets is also an absolute must! Unfortunately I’m without the festival band *sob* but I did manage to pick up a few lovely bracelets in Mallorca! I piled those on top of my beloved watch that was my Grandmas and my Pandora bracelet from my boyfriend to make a cluster of arm candy that was personal to me. Piling up jewellery is a great way to mix those sentimental pieces along with fashion bits and those that have a story behind them!

Have you been to/ are you off to any festivals this year? Post your links below to any festival outfit posts, I’d love to have a nosey!
