Leopards Head

I've always loved leopard print, but just recently i've seen a few accessories around with leopards heads on, which for me feel like a friendlier version of the skull head accessories that are absolutely everywhere, so a step in the right direction. At least half of my jewellery collection is made up of pieces featuring animals, so this was quite a dangerous discovery for me.. and one I just wont be able to resist. I am struggling to find many pieces, but here are the few i'm loving..

I've seen these shoes on instagram a few times now, and after not being sure about the pointed front, i've now realised I actually like them, especially with the subtle gold trim. They're made from suede, feature that ever important leopard head emblem and will pretty much go with everything. I'm never one to wear just a plain boot or shoe and love little details, so i'm sure it wont be long before these are added to my collection. I can't find them online from a particular store, but if you search 'leopard head shoes' on google or ebay plenty of them appear. They're around the £15 mark, so an absolute bargain and they're also available in royal blue and red.
Miss Selfridge have a pair similar to these too, but all the diamantes put me off and I think it was a bit of an overkill. If you're interested in taking a look at them, you can view them here.

Leopard head purse, available from Urban Outfitters online here (£20).
This purse is what started off my little Leopard head love affair. I spotted it in Urban Outfitters last week and just knew it was time to switch from my beloved pony hair Billy bag purse (of which I never thought would happen) to this newbie. It's made from a soft faux leather and with two zip compartments that open to view substantial amounts of card slots which means there's ample space. So excited to receive this on christmas day!
Belt with leopard print buckle, available from Zara online here (£19.99).
I can just imagine this belt in high wasted light denim shorts, with a baggy casual tshirt tucked in (& with tights for the winter). I think this belt brings that little something to an outfit and would also look amazing on a black playsuit to subtly break the outfit up.

Vintage golden leopard print ring, available here ($15).
I always get upset when I find an item with a price tag in dollars, because it usually means hefty shopping fees which tends to make smaller items seem not worth the purchase. Anyway, this ring was far too cute not to include and love that a bit of paw action has been introduced. The green in the eyes really compliment the gold and add a splash of colour. I'll definitely continue looking for it on UK sites.

I hope i've inspired you to delve into the leopard head accessories :).

Love Zoey xo
